I rest my hand on the Official Boy bye shirt. So I will put concealer/foundation on and around my eyes, do my eyeshadow, and then finish my face. For me, it’s just easier so you have no fallout from the shadow. I dont use the best quality eye makeup sometimes so there’s usually tons of fallout. It’s easier to cover up the fall out than to have to wipe your foundation off and start again. I do my makeup this way as well. It’s easier because I rest my hand on my face a lot.
