I think the asparagus was a nice touch to include into the tart for the first recipe, but I wouldn’t have executed it that way. I probably would have cropped them up instead of making them into weird noodle things. The way my career, side business, school, church, kids, and life is set up this just all seems like too much for potatoes. Should not be scrapping the spoon with bare fingers! It’s unhygienic!
