There were numerous occasions that we’ve had to confront our neighbors. We tried handling it ourselves and they’d say they’re getting rid of them anyway etc. then 2 months went on then they brought in 3 dogs and they roamed the entire neighborhood. I then got in touch with the council and they responded and told me that they’ll send animal patrol over there.
