Things like level 2 background checks of all adults spending over ten hrs with the children, etc. Then there are all the illnesses the kids pass around that could kill the elderly no matter how clean you try to keep the place. I’ve looked into it here and it was a no go on many levels. They will allow field trips to nursing homes and assisted living, however.
